Our targeted assessment and approach identifies the root cause of your injury to provides individualised hands-on therapy, targeted exercises, and education in order to restoring movement and reducing discomfort. Our focus on strength and conditioning aims to rebuild resilience and reduce the risk of re-injury, whilst gradually progressing you back to full function and performance.
All group classes are run or supervised by our physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and are suitable for most ages, and fitness levels. Exercises prescribed during classes are targeted and modified to suit individual participant requirements, and factor in current injury management programs.β
An initial 30-minute consultation is required prior to commencing classes in order to establish your current capabilities and to educate you on base techniques used in all classes.β
