PHYSIOTHERAPY

Our highly trained Physiotherapists use a variety of techniques to treat conditions affecting muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments or nerves.​Whether the result of a sporting injury, trauma, overuse, or poor posture/biomechanics, physiotherapy can help to reduce pain and stiffness and promote repair to damaged tissues.

Our Physiotherapists aim to not only treat current injuries, but also provide advice and education to prevent problems recurring or even happening to begin with.​​​​

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY

​Our Exercise Physiologists specialise in prescribing clinical exercise interventions, as well as lifestyle and behavioural modifications, for a broad range of pathological conditions.  Those who can benefit from Exercise Physiology services may be at risk of developing, or have existing, medical conditions and injuries.

Our Exercise Physiologists work closely with you to design tailored exercise programs

to meet your individual goals to assist with various conditions including:​

- Type 2 Diabetes

- Arthritis

- Balance problems

- Stroke recovery

- Deconditioning

- Pre & post orthopaedic surgery

- Cardiovascular disease

- Workplace injuries

- Weight problems

REHABILITATION

Our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists provide tailored, evidence-based rehabilitation to help you recover, regain strength, and prevent future injuries.


Our targeted assessment and approach identifies the root cause of your injury to provides individualised hands-on therapy, targeted exercises, and education in order to restoring movement and reducing discomfort. Our focus on strength and conditioning aims to rebuild resilience and reduce the risk of re-injury, whilst gradually progressing you back to full function and performance.

GROUP CLASSES

All group classes are run or supervised by qualified Physiotherapists and are suitable for most ages, and fitness levels.  Exercises prescribed during classes are targeted and modified to suit individual participant requirements, and factor in current injury management programs.​

An initial 30-minute consultation is required prior to commencing classes in order to establish your current capabilities and to educate you on base techniques used in all classes.​

Participants must book classes in advance

Maximum number of participants = 4

WAITING LIST

If you wish to join a class that is already at full capacity,

you can be placed on a waiting list and will be contacted

should a cancellation occur.

NEW CLASSES​

New classes can be added to the schedule if two or more

participants are booked.
